For the safe shipping of our Berghia snails, we charge a shipping fee of €19.99 within Germany.
Shipping to European countries costs €39.99.
As these are live animals, we only ship on suitable shipping days and ensure secure, careful packaging. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information.

That depends on the size of your aquarium and the number of Aiptasia. If you let us know your tank volume and the approximate level of infestation, we will be happy to help you choose the appropriate number.

After delivery, take some time for acclimatization and carefully place the snails into the aquarium. You can find detailed, step-by-step instructions on our page about keeping and acclimatizing Berghia snails.

Since we ship live animals, we schedule shipments to ensure the snails reach you as safely as possible. We will inform you of the exact shipping date after you have placed your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. Briefly describe the problem and, if possible, send us photos of the packaging and the animals. This will allow us to review the case and find a solution together.
